Last additions - Uveitis Glaucoma Hyphema (UGH) syndrome 65 year old female Presents with mild vision loss, photophobia and pain in the left eye for one week. The patient has a history of macula-on retinal detachment repair by Dr. Cohen 9/28/11 with vitrectomy, laser, gas. She had subsequent cataract surgery about 6 months later. She had one episode of anterior uveitis in the left eye in 2013 managed with drops. Medical Hx: Hypercholesterolemia. Cancer (Ovarian). Surgical Hx: Hysterectomy. Systemic Meds: WELLBUTRIN SR.
