Last additions - Choroidal Excavation left eye - scar right eye 63 year old female This patients vision started to get worse in 1988 suddenly (age 27). She was sitting at her desk and saw the vision was distorted. She had no laser. She was living in Dallas and she was sent to Hopkins where they thought it might be histoplasmosis but nothing was confirmed.
Medical Hx: Thyroid Disease. GERD. Surgical Hx: C-Section.
Systemic Meds: Dexlansoprazole. Levothyroxine.
