Last additions - Pachychoroid Pigment Epitheliopathy 34 year old man In 2020 in Baltimore at Hopkins he had a problem and was sent to Wilmer and imaging showed something that was off. He has forgotten what that was and you noticed also a change in his follow-up scan compared to the last few years (he has been seeing you yearly).
