Last additions - Best Disease - 43 Year Old Woman 43 year old woman was told after testing in Austin TX 14 years ago that she has Best disease. Her Grandmother and grandmother's father both lost vision in their 40's. Her parents and siblings and 2 children are all without vision loss. Vision 20/40 both eyes.
