Last additions - BRAO with Paracentral Acute Middle Maculopathy (also choroidal nevus) 83 y.o Female The patient just noticed 2 days ago superior visual field loss 2 days ago. It's not changing very much. It seems to come and go. Last night she saw a brief dot of red in the vision. No focal neurological changes. About 3 years ago she had extensive testing because of worry about a stroke that was negative. Former Smoker quit 1978. Medical Hx: Hypertension, Systemic. Hypercholesterolemia. chf. Thyroid Disease.
