Most viewed - CRVO - no edema - prefoveal opercula 62 year old female About 4 years ago she noticed a blurry spot in her left eye.  In the middle of a word the middle letter was blurry.  Someone noticed cupping in the left eye.  She went to the a big eye group where they could not find anything.  A VEP showed a problem in the left eye.  She was told that if the problem got worse she should come back and see a retina specialist.  The spot never went away but did not get worse.  Then a year or two later she got a lot of floaters and sparkles in the left eye.  She went back and saw a retina specialists.  She did not have another VEP.  The retina doctor was concerned about a brain tumor and then an MRI was normal.  She was told she might have cancer somewhere else which was showing up in her eye.  The cancer work up was normal.  Then she was sent to a rheumatologist for possible lupus and the rheumatological evaluation was normal.  (about a year ago).  She was told to come back in a year.  More recently, 3-4 weeks ago, she started to have visual problems in the left eye that she did not have before.  There is kaleidoscope vision where parts  of words would explode with light.  She would get splotches of gray in her vision and everything is strange starting 3-4 weeks ago which is now getting worse.  When she was in NY she could not see well.  The right eye is fine except for some temporal flashes about a month ago.   VA OD: Dcc20/20 NccJ1+ VA OS: Dcc20/20
