Plaquenil Toxicity - 4 years use407 views47 year old female She started plaquenil 4 years ago for lupus with cutaneous findings. She has never been on the plaquenil before. Her renal function is normal (her husband is an internist) and she is not on Tamoxifen. Stopped the medication about 2.5 weeks ago. She noticed vision when she started the depacote. She is also myopic. (-9.50)

Her dose was 6.3 mg/kg. She is 5'1" tall.
