He was admitted directly to ICU for blood pressure control (290 / 170 mmHg)
3 weeks later his VA increased to 20/20 OD, 20/32 OS

Eales Disease and fresh vitreous hemorrhage - 20 year old manvu 460 fois20 year old mane with fresh vitreous hemorrhage in the right eye. At age 15 he had a PPV and laser in the left eye and laser in the right eye. The vision is OD 20/80 PH 20/25, OS 20/25. The left eye has a mild cataract. He had prior testing for coagulopathies which was negative. Testing done for syphillis and TB was negative. Additional laser was done to prevent further bleeding in the right eye.

Ocular Ishemic Syndrome - Bilateral Carotid Occlusions - OD 20/60 OS 20/200 Enlarged Foveal Avascular Zone and Temporal Non-perfusionvu 459 fois75-year-old man had laryngeal cancer treated in 15 year ago with radiation. He recently was told that the carotid circulation is closed off on both sides. He does have a patent vertebral artery, which is supplying him pretty well and in addition to that his cardiac output is compromised by poor mitral valves. His consideration is to what can be done about that in the future.
VISUAL ACUITY: OD 20/60, OS 20/200

Her CD4 count is currently less than 50 and she was hospitalized for pneumocystis carinii pneumonia 5 months ago. She has noticed just for the last few weeks a few blind spots in the paracentral vision. Predominantly out of her right eye when she closes her left eye, she sees a few temporal blind spots. VA 20/25 in both eyes.

Orbital Cellulitis - Optic nerve compression with ocular ischemiavu 453 fois81 year old woman with constricted eye movement, orbital cellulitis and severe vision loss in the right eye (LP). She has whitening of the retina and the OCT shows ischemic changes as well as subretinal fluid and blood. When she gets the migraines the pain is on the left side of her head. She gets the problem a few times a month, sometimes more. They usually last 5-6 hours. She has not had a permanent vision change. When she gets a vision change there are spotty dots of blue neon lights in her vision. With her glasses her two eyes are about the same. VA 20/16 in Each Eye

Eales Disease and fresh vitreous hemorrhage - 20 year old manvu 419 fois20 year old mane with fresh vitreous hemorrhage in the right eye. At age 15 he had a PPV and laser in the left eye and laser in the right eye. The vision is OD 20/80 PH 20/25, OS 20/25. The left eye has a mild cataract. He had prior testing for coagulopathies which was negative. Testing done for syphillis and TB was negative. Additional laser was done to prevent further bleeding in the right eye.
