Combined Artery and Vein Occlusionvu 390 foisPatient comes in with decreased vision in both eyes. VA 20/200-OD, 20/60-OS. Fundus exam shows great amount of macular edema due to artery and vein occlusions. There is some neovascularization on the optic nerve in the right eye. Patient was treated with Eylea Injection in the left eye today and will return for Eylea Injection in the right eye.

Acute Branch Retinal Artery Occlusion Left Eyevu 390 foisThis 84 year old woman had an old BRVO in the right eye and saw a shadow for 2 days in the left eye. She has a superotemporal BRAO. The photos show retinal whitening, the OCT shows inner retinal edema and the FA shows poor circulation.
