She had a retinal detachment repair in the right eye in 1968. I saw her in June of 2003. She had posterior colobomas and areas of pigment epithelial atrophy. She uses Xalatan in the left eye and Alphagan in both eyes.

Vision started at 20/200 and with Avastin improved to 20/25. She has required monthly injections and as of October 2010 has been treated about 16 times. Her left eye remains good at 20/20.
