Posterior Scleritis - positive T-sign

62 year ols man was sick about 6 weeks ago and then 2 weeks ago the the left eye got red. He was treated for conjunctivitis and the eye did not get better. Topical steroids and oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications did not help.
VA OD: Dcc20/25 NccJ5
VA OS: Dcc5'/200
The scleritis cleared within 2 weeks of starting high dose (80 mg) oral steroids. Blood tests were all negative.
