Optic Neuritis sentinel event for MS (23 year old female)70 views23-year-old female contact lens wearer reports recurrent blurry vision with a central "blob" in the right eye, first occurring in December 2024 for two weeks, then briefly affecting the left eye, and now recurring in the right eye. Symptoms have been painless, with no eye movement discomfort or neurological changes.

VA OD: sc20/160 OS: sc20/20
TP: OD:14 OS:14
Treated with Avastin
VA 6 weeks later 20/32 – dry one shot.
Missed follow-up after second treatment and came 5 months later with good vision and no macular edema

Paclitaxel induced cystoid macular edema - reversed when chemo stopped70 views74 year old retired physician About 2-3 weeks ago there was gradual vision loss in the right eye. Surgical Hx: Right frontal & Frontoparietal Craniotomy (Onset: 2024). Appendectomy. Hemorrhoidectomy. Herniorrhaphy. Prostate. Systemic Meds: Chemotherapy. Radiation. Eligard Every 3 Months 22.5 MG per 0.375 ML Prefilled Syringe. MIRALAX prn. Tums Freshers 500 MG Chewable Tablet. Vitamin D. XGEVA.
